If a production delay pushes shipment past the 30-day federal rule (FTC Mail, Internet, and Telephone Order Merchandise Rule), every buyer gets a written delay notice with a new ship date and a one-click cancellation option that returns a full refund within 7 business days.
Cancel for any reason before your order enters production for a full refund, no questions. After production starts, returns only for defects or wrong-size shipments. Email the support address on your receipt within 14 days of delivery.
US, Canada, UK, Australia. Tracking number emailed when the unit leaves the facility. Customs fees on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
